Due to the nature of our products and services, the following policy applies.<\/p><h2>Flowers and Gift Items<\/h2><p>Orders for flower bouquets and gift items may only be canceled if preparation or customization has not yet started.<\/p><p>Once preparation or customization has started, the order cannot be canceled and the payment is non-refundable.<\/p><p>If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
