2.1. When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment information.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. The total amount payable includes the product price and any applicable delivery or service charges.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1. You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be sent to rozinrose.ae@gmail.com immediately.
4.2. Due to the perishable and customized nature of products such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruit baskets, and decoration services, returns and refunds are not available once preparation or delivery has started.
4.3. If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, you must notify us immediately upon delivery with clear photos. Each case will be reviewed individually.
4.4. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Delivery
5.1. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe selected at checkout; however, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.
5.2. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, or factors beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozin Rose Gifts and Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
7.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
