At Rozin Rose, we strive to provide high-quality floral arrangements, gifts, and decoration services. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following policy applies.

Flowers and Gift Items

Orders for flower bouquets and gift items may only be canceled if preparation or customization has not yet started.

Once preparation or customization has started, the order cannot be canceled and the payment is non-refundable.

If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Room Decoration Services

For hotel room decoration and room setup services, bookings may only be rescheduled at least 3 days before the scheduled decoration date, subject to availability.

Once preparation or decoration work has started, bookings cannot be canceled or rescheduled, and payments are non-refundable.

Product and Design Variations

Fresh flowers, gift items, and decoration designs may vary slightly depending on flower availability, product availability, room layout, and available space.

Rozin Rose will always make every reasonable effort to maintain the same style, quality, and overall appearance as shown on our website.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery process has started.
