Standard Delivery: A delivery fee of AED 35 applies to flower bouquets and gift items. Orders are delivered within 48 hours.

Express Delivery: A delivery fee of AED 70 applies for delivery within 24 hours, subject to availability.

Delivery times may be affected by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Hotel room decoration and room setup services are provided according to the date and time selected and confirmed at the time of booking.

Decoration service availability is subject to our booking schedule and the confirmed reservation details.
