Order Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to a AED 100 cancellation fee.
- If you wish to cancel after the item has shipped, the shipping cost will be charged. Once we receive the refused item(s), your credit card will be credited the full amount minus shipping.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within7–15 business days from submission of the cancellation request.
- You will be notified once the refund has been initiated. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank and refund method.
- The refund covers the full product amount; any transaction or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the company does not receive a response from the customer within one week, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer.
Return or Exchange of Products
- Returns or cancellations are not accepted after delivery.
- If products are damaged during transit, an exchange can be requested within 2–3 business days from submission of the complaint.
- Customers must submit an image or video of the damaged product when filing a complaint via email or the contact number provided on the website.
- Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible once the complaint is verified.
